We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly motivated Resident Drama Graduate to work at our busy school. This is an exciting opportunity predominately aimed at graduates who are potentially interested in a career in the education sector and keen to build up valuable work experience. Candidates should be experienced and confident to lead Drama groups, but willing to support in other school areas.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across departments and will be involved in all areas of school life, including pastoral roles within a boarding house. They may be based at either the Prep or Senior School.
Opportunities for further training and qualifications may be available for the right candidate.
This position is offered on a one academic year fixed term basis commencing September 2026. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £12,974 (subject to any pay award in Sept 26) plus rent-free furnished accommodation (including all bills), meals during term time, as well as complimentary membership to our leisure centre.
