Burgess Hill Girls is looking to appoint a Boarding Assistant to join our team in a full time, permanent residential role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who is interested in working with teenagers in an educational setting.

To be successful in this role, you will be caring, positive and conscientious with a good sense of humour, flexibility, stamina, good attention to detail, with a full understanding of the social and personal needs of today’s teenagers. It is essential that you are willing to play a full part in the life of the whole School, including our extensive co-curricular programme.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a thriving boarding community in a high performing girls’ school. The role may be suitable for a graduate or for someone looking to develop a career in boarding and assist in the day to day running of a boarding house and the wider school setting. We have a supportive, friendly working environment with excellent direction from the Senior Leadership Team.
