We are looking for a dynamic, pro-active and organised Operations Manager, who would relish the opportunity to ensure the teaching, learning and living facilities contribute to the brilliant educational experience for our pupils. Liaising with stakeholders, devising and implementing plans for new decor, fixtures and fittings this is an exciting role which requires a pragmatic approach and excellent communication skills.

The Operations Manager is a key member of the estates team, working closely with the maintenance team and liaising with external contractors to undertake routine maintenance together with larger projects such as bathroom and kitchen re-fits within a specific budget.

The role is broad and varied. It includes responsibility for the domestic supervisor, cleaning and laundry teams ensuring great teamwork and high standards of cleaning and housekeeping across the site. In addition, the Operations Manager co-ordinates lettings of our facilities, inventories and inspections of staff accommodation and management of external residential bookings such as Easter and Summer Camps.
