Parkside School are seeking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic IT Technician to work across both our school and our neighbouring school, the renowned Yehudi Menuhin School. This is an exciting newly created opportunity, and will initially be offered on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis. Whilst we are ideally looking for year-round support, term time hours may be considered for the right candidate.

The hours for the role are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am until 12.00pm at YMS
  • Monday to Friday 12.30pm until 5.00pm at Parkside

(The times are likely to vary dependent upon the needs of both schools)

Our ideal candidate will have enthusiasm for working in a school environment, although prior experience in a school is not essential. Of key importance is strong IT literacy and knowledge of IT systems (including Microsoft and Apple), and an eagerness to learn more. You will be committed to solving problems, and have high levels of patience and empathy to support and guide staff and students with a wide range of IT literacy levels.
