 Based in Horsham, Christ’s Hospital is a unique co-educational boarding school and charitable Foundation, which provides first class education to up to 880 children from all backgrounds, supported by over 400 members of staff.

The Admissions Administrative Assistant is a temporary post to start in mid-August 2022 for a fixed term period of one year with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate. The post holder will work as directed by the Registrar/ Assistant Registrar and will be responsible for facilitating the admission of international children to the School in a way that assists the School in meeting its admissions targets and charitable mission.

The successful candidate will have experience in marketing, sales or other customer services environments with strong written and oral communication skills in English.  They will also have previous office administration experience in a busy environment and be able to prioritise work, complete tasks successfully and on time. Excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills with experience of using databases are essential. Knowledge of the UKVI study visa process is desirable. The 20 hours are to be worked over 4 or 5 days and the work pattern will be discussed at interview.  Salary is £12,646 per annum based on a full time equivalent of £22,139.
