The ideal candidate will showcase a proven capacity to creatively lead and direct performances across Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 fostering an environment where children can truly shine in a diverse array of performance opportunities. Experience in various school settings and knowledge of KS1 and Early Years will be advantageous, coupled with the ability to collaborate with external agencies and establish partnerships.

Felsted is a leading boarding and day independent school based in a stunning village campus in North Essex. Founded in 1564 by Richard Lord Riche, who had been a Lord Chancellor under King Edward VI, Felsted today provides an exceptional holistic education to approximately 1100 boys and girls aged four to eighteen.
