Job role:
- To support an atmosphere in which all pupils feel welcomed, happy, well-cared for and
nurtured - To assist the Boarding Houseparent in the staffing, organisation and resources of the
house - To provide for the safety, good discipline and pastoral wellbeing of all pupils in the
house - To ensure that the National Minimum Standards for Boarding Schools are maintained
at all times by following the guidance stated in the “Wilmot House Boarding Handbook
for Staff”
