We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Music to lead our vibrant Music Department at Godolphin. This leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to shape and enrich the musical experiences of our students while fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

As the Director of Music, you will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our Music Department. You will inspire and mentor a team of talented music educators and collaborate with other departments to integrate music into the broader curriculum. Additionally, you will oversee a diverse range of musical ensembles, choirs, and performances, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to explore and develop their musical talents.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to deliver exceptional lessons across the entire secondary range from First Year (Year 7) to Upper Sixth (Year 13).  We are looking for individuals with training and experience as highly effective secondary teachers and as dynamic inspirational leaders.
