Queen’s College is seeking an exceptional Deputy Head (Pastoral) to lead safeguarding, pupil welfare and the pastoral strategy across our vibrant day and boarding community.
This is a key Senior Leadership role for a visible, confident and compassionate leader who can strengthen our pastoral systems, champion pupil voice, drive boarding success and build strong relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
We’re looking for a senior school leader with expert safeguarding knowledge, strategic vision, excellent communication skills and the energy to be fully involved in the life of a busy, ambitious College.
