Salary: The annual FTE salary for this role will be Β£40,000 - Β£45,000, which equates to an actual salary of Β£15,100 - Β£16,975 per annum (subject to experience) and includes an element of statutory holiday pay.

Required to start in December 2025, an experienced Data Manager who will be responsible for managing the School’s database and providing academic and other data analysis to the Senior Leadership Team. The Data Manager will report to the Deputy Head (Academic).

The successful candidate will be ICT literate and skilled at using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and should ideally have experience of working with a database. Knowledge of XML would be an advantage.

This is a part-time role working an average of 20 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, term time only, plus 2 weeks to be worked during the holidays (35 weeks in total).

The annual FTE salary for this role will be Β£40,000 – Β£45,000, which equates to an actual salary of Β£15,100 – Β£16,975 per annum (subject to experience) and includes an element of statutory holiday pay. A higher salary may be available for an exceptional candidate, for example, someone with experience of XML.

The successful candidate will be auto-enrolled into the School’s Pension Scheme (if eligible).
