We seek an outstanding individual for this position, with its focus on our girls boarding function. This role offers an excellent boarding experience for a teacher or non-teacher, who may wish to further progress a career working with young people. This is a residential post and could be considered a developmental role and for the right candidate could potentially be combined with another responsibility at the school (for example teaching assistant or another ancillary role).
Suitable applicants should have experience of working with young people in some capacity. You will be supporting the experienced Head of Boarding with the day to day running of the Girls Boarding House/Function. There will also be opportunities for you to support the wider boarding community, through boarding duties and some involvement with the co-curricular and cultural activities programme.
