This important customer-orientated position involves meeting the needs of high-calibre International, EU and UK student clients and managing the support team: reception; welfare team; catering team; and contractors.
Applicants will need effective interpersonal skills and the ability to get along well with others – good customer service skills are important. The position requires flexible working hours.
Residential position at our purpose built en-suite student rooms in Oxford city centre. Reporting to Senior Management to reflect the frontline professionalism – immaculately presented, utilising a proactive approach, with good personal attributes and an ability consistent with the high standards of expectation from our clients.
The role also requires good leadership qualities in an organised, helpful manner to liaise with the Welfare and Academic Teams to create an activity / events calendar.
An understanding of the education sector would be useful. Knowledge of the local area is also beneficial. The position is often fast-paced and demanding, therefore excellent problem-solving and time management skills would be valuable. Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
