Course outline:
This interactive webinar, Supporting boys to thrive, is designed to help school staff explore healthy models of masculinity and promote emotional literacy among boys. The session will unpack common barriers that boys face in expressing emotions and challenge stereotypes that can restrict their wellbeing and development. Through a mix of practical strategies, reflective discussion, and case examples, delegates will learn how to create supportive environments where boys feel safe to express themselves, build resilience, and thrive both academically and socially.
