Join Richard Dowling and Tess Warnes, allmanhalls’ Sustainability Manager and Dietitian, for an insightful session on bringing sustainability to school menus.

Speaker:

Tess Warnes, Registered Dietitian, allmanhall

Tess oversees Dietetics at allmanhall, specialists in food procurement for education settings, particularly boarding schools. A registered Dietitian with the HCPC, she holds a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics and has nearly two decades of experience, including roles in major London teaching hospitals and leading a nutrition consultancy. With allmanhall for over eight years, Tess delivers bespoke training on nutrition, hydration, allergens, and healthy eating, while supporting schools with menu reviews and compliance. She is a member of the British Dietetic Association Sustainability Group, helping clients integrate sustainability into menus alongside meeting nutritional standards.

 


Richard Dowling, Sustainability Manager, allmanhall

As allmanhall’s Sustainability Manager, Richard helps their clients navigate the complex world of sustainable food procurement. He works closely with both their clients and suppliers to improve their sustainability credentials and support informed, responsible decisions.

Every day is about progress, whether that’s advising suppliers on how to boost their sustainability scores, overseeing compliance with allmanhall’s ambitious 2045 net zero target, or producing sustainability communications for their clients. Richard helps to make sustainability accessible and actionable.
