Charterhouse Lagos, the first British Independent School in Nigeria and West Africa, is seeking an experienced Head of Boarding to lead our growing Boarding Team from August 2027. This will be a fully non-teaching role responsible for around 250 boarding students and 4 boarding houses and their staff. Around 85% of our secondary school students are resident in the Boarding Houses and we have an active and vibrant community.
This would be a great fir for a candidate looking to grow and extend their leadership skills. It has the potential to develop into a more significant whole school leadership role as the school continues to grow.
