We are looking for an experienced Foundation Manager to join our Foundation Office.

In this impactful Foundation Manager role, you will play a central part in strengthening Wycombe Abbey’s culture of philanthropy. Working within the Foundation Office and in close collaboration with colleagues across the School, you will engage alumnae, donors and supporters, deliver high‑quality events and communications, and help secure philanthropic support that directly enhances pupils’ education and life chances. If you are motivated by relationship‑building, strategic thinking and making a measurable difference, this role offers scope, responsibility and purpose.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week on a flexible basis over 52 weeks.
This is a whole-school role, and a flexible attitude to working hours is needed, as you will be required to work ‘out of hours’ from time to time.

Salary: £33,150 – £44,850, depending on experience.
