The Residential Welfare Assistant plays a key role in supporting the pastoral care, wellbeing, and supervision of students in the boarding houses. Working as part of the boarding team, the RWA ensures a safe, supportive, and structured living environment that promotes studentsβ welfare, personal development, and positive behaviour.
Contract/Hours:Β Up to 48 hours per week (including evenings, overnight duties, and weekends on a rota basis) 2 days off per week.
Reports to:Β Housemaster / Housemistress
Location:Β Caterham School, Surrey
Renumeration:Β Between Β£9 – Β£13.50 ph
