Radley College seeks an experienced and personable Admissions Manager to support the recruitment of boys aged 13–18 at one of the world’s leading full boarding schools. Working with the Head of Admissions, you will manage key stages of the admissions journey, engage warmly with prospective families, and represent the College at events in the UK and overseas..

You will support key areas of Year 9 (Shell) admissions, managing enquiries and building strong relationships with prospective families. The role includes coordinating assessments, tours and events, representing the College at admissions and feeder school events, supporting overseas recruitment, and maintaining accurate admissions data.

Admissions Manager

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and bring proven experience from admissions, education, marketing or another customer‑facing environment. Highly organised and detail‑focused, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presenting in a confident, professional and warm manner to families and colleagues alike. You will be comfortable using IT systems, including Excel and admissions or CRM databases, and be flexible in your approach, with the willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events and key points in the admissions cycle.
