Head of Keyboard and Organist

We are seeking an outstanding and experienced organist to lead the keyboard section of our music department at Rugby School and play a key role in the Chorister Programme at Bilton Grange.

The Head of Keyboard & Organist will be a sensitive piano and organ accompanist, an inspirational teacher piano and organ and enjoy managing a team of peripatetic keyboard teachers.

The School is a boarding and day school in full operation seven days per week including evenings during term time. Pastoral, co-curricular, cultural and sports activities take place outside normal day-school hours, and candidates will be expected to contribute fully to these activities. The Rugby salary scale is a generous one and accommodation is offered.
