The Head of Co-curricular learning is responsible for leading and managing the Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS) programme for students, ensuring it provides a rich, balanced, and meaningful co-curricular experience aligned with the college’s mission and values. This role ensures that students engage in a wide range of creative, active, and service-based opportunities that foster personal growth, social responsibility, and community engagement. The role will also be responsible for leading Project Week.

The post holder will support and guide CAS supervisors — including staff, students, external coaches, and volunteers — in the planning and delivery of high-quality learning experiences.

They will oversee the effective use of resources to sustain and enhance the co-curricular programme, ensuring it remains responsive to the evolving needs and interests of students throughout the academic year. You will also manage the collection and monitoring of student evidence in line with IB requirements and collaborate with other co-curricular leads (such as conferences, and Social Impact Initiatives) to promote a holistic, integrated approach to student enrichment.
