The Governing Body of Windermere School are seeking an exceptional educational leader to inspire and lead the school from September 2026 on the retirement of Mr Frank Thompson. We are seeking a Head who is a strategic thinker, who has a clear vision and sense of purpose and who will build on the strengths of the School. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a proven track record of achieving exceptional outcomes, coupled with a deep dedication to providing a truly holistic education.

Windermere School is an independent boarding and day school, for boys and girls, from the ages of 3 to 18.
