About Gresham’s:
Founded in 1555, Gresham’s combines a rich heritage with a bold vision for the future. Nestled in the Georgian market town of Holt and just four miles from the breath-taking North Norfolk coast, our Senior School educates pupils aged 13 to 18 from across the UK and internationally. We pride ourselves on nurturing creativity, academic ambition, and character — qualities exemplified by our illustrious alumni, including Academy Award-winning actress Olivia Colman, England rugby internationals Ben and Tom Youngs, and Sir James Dyson, whose generous support has helped shape our cutting-edge facilities.

Reporting to the Head of Admissions, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and converting prospective families and pupils. This hands-on, highly visible and target-driven position requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will lead on planning and delivering all key admissions events—from Open Mornings and Taster Days to Assessment and Scholarship Days—while working closely with staff, pupils, and the wider External Relations team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising and managing admissions events to provide a warm and professional experience for prospective families

  • Strengthening relationships with feeder schools and representing Gresham’s at external events
  • Supporting international recruitment activities and agent visits
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure seamless event promotion
  • Maintaining accurate admissions records and managing event budgets

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in events, admissions, or marketing, ideally within education
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and project management skills
  • A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and a flair for hospitality
  • IT proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to work flexibly

  • Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
  • Term-time working pattern
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Private medical scheme

  • On-site car parking
  • Access to swimming pool, gym, sports facilities and theatre performances
