Required: September 2024
Salary: £22,032.57 (pro rata, pay award due September 2024)
Fixed Term placement from September 2024 to July 2025, with the possibility of an extension to a second academic year. Free Accommodation for the duration of the Fixed Term contract.
This is such an exciting opportunity for graduates with an interest in pursuing a career in education to gain experience at one of the country’s top boarding schools. Our team of Resident Graduate Tutors enjoy being fully involved in the boarding and co-curricular life of the School whilst also having the opportunity to explore other aspects of School life, including in the classroom.
Although working in a boarding school involves extended days and working weekends, you will live on site in shared accommodation enabling you to be fully integrated into our busy, vibrant community. You will also have a day off each week. At Benenden we are passionate about education in its broadest sense. Our aim is that every pupil will leave at the end of the Sixth Form full of compassion and confidence to fulfil her ambition, embrace challenge and make a difference.
