Worksop College Preparatory School, Ranby House is an independent co-educational day and boarding school for children aged from 3 – 13 years. Set in grounds of over 60 acres the school offers a range of superb, modern and well-appointed facilities allowing the pupils to benefit from a broad range of opportunities both in and outside the classroom. At 13 years the majority of pupils transfer to Worksop College (Independent Day & Boarding School for 13 – 18 years), our senior school within Woodard Schools (Nottinghamshire) Ltd, and only five miles in distance from Ranby House. However, we are also delighted to prepare children for other independent schools of their choice. The school is non-selective and caters for children of all abilities including those with specific learning difficulties. The school is extremely well-situated half a mile from the A1 and close to the A57/A614. Daily bus routes, which the school shares with Worksop College, are available from the surrounding area of Bassetlaw, Rotherham, Doncaster, Tickhill, Mansfield, Newark and Southwell, all providing easy access from a wide area.
