The King’s School, Canterbury, Kent (co-educational boarding & day secondary school with 848 pupils) is looking for Lacrosse Coaches to assist the Head of Lacrosse in continuing to develop the King’s Junior and Senior School Lacrosse program.
Reporting to the Head of Lacrosse, the successful applicants will be fully engaged in all levels of Lacrosse at the King’s School from participation level through to the elite level performers.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and delivering training sessions to King’s Canterbury Lacrosse Club Senior and Junior Teams during the games sessions that run in the afternoons from Monday through to Friday.
- Supporting the Head of Lacrosse with midweek and Saturday fixtures and training.
- Providing other assistance to current lacrosse coaches and staff as required.
- Assisting with 1:1 coaching sessions for our elite players as part of the Elite Development Programme if required and depending on the level of the applicant.
Applicants should hold a minimum of a Level 1 umpiring qualification and have some coaching experience. Pay will be calculated on an hourly basis, with timesheet submitted monthly.
