Applications are invited for this busy full-time post, which is integral to supporting the smooth running of our HR department.

The post is 35 hours per week worked all year round, although there is the possibility of flexibility in the number of hours per week or weeks per year for the right candidate.  Full time salary £21,500-£22,500 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

The role is varied and flexible. You will be required to work as part of the team on different aspects of the work, but you will also be working on your own while managing your administrative responsibilities so will need to be self-motivated and able to effectively organise your own workload.  An HR Assistant role is a great way to get into a career in HR as it gives exposure to a wide range of issues both within HR as well as across the School.  The ideal candidate will be proactive and professional who can demonstrate administrative experience.

The successful applicant will be personable, efficient, organised and versatile with experience in a fast moving and complex environment. Excellent IT skills are required, especially Excel and Word and experience of working with databases.  Candidates must be personable, professional and able to work flexibly with others.
