We are seeking an inspirational teacher and effective leader to join St Swithun’s as head of religion, philosophy & ethics (RPE) from September 2024. The successful candidate will have experience teaching across the full secondary age range and be motivated to support students to develop their thinking beyond the curriculum. This role would suit an established head of department or an experienced teacher ready for a leadership role.

We are often seeking teaching staff keen to join our boarding community as a Resident Tutor. This role would come with rent-free two-bedroom accommodation and a significant timetable remission.
