HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Royal Hospital School in the newly created role of Head of HR.
Working with the Headmaster and Director of Finance & Strategic Development, the Head of HR will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team in terms of providing advice on all people matters, including processes, policies, recruitment, succession planning, and best practice. They will also develop over the longer term a people strategy for the School which recognises the requirements of both teaching and non-teaching staff, and supports the overall aims and ethos of the School.
