ESTATES MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBER (RESIDENTIAL)

Wymondham College has over 400 staff dedicated to supporting World Class education. The College currently is one of the top State Schools in the Country and is recognised as one of the highest performing State Schools in the East of England, this is backed up by its most recent Ofsted review which rated the College as outstanding in both Education and Boarding inspections.

The College is focused on providing outstanding quality to their students and staff not only in education but also through its provision of exceptional facilities and accommodation on site across its 83-acre campus.

The campus services team is currently made up of individuals with experience in groundworks, plumbing and drainage and carpentry. We have a skill gap for carpentry skills, therefore we are looking for someone who is competent in carpentry to join our team. The post holder will be required to reside on site (accommodation provided) and take part in an on-call rota system to ensure service levels are maintained around the clock.

This unique position will see you join the Campus Services team where you will deliver the required level of service and immerse yourself in the culture of working within a boarding environment. Due to the on-call requirements of the role, the successful applicant will be provided with on-site, full time accommodation (rent free) which must be used during the time that they are on-call.
