DEPUTY SIXTH FORM BOARDING HOUSE MANAGER

Permanent, full time to start as soon as possible

Pro Rata Salary £17,298 per annum

Wymondham College has over 400 staff dedicated to supporting World Class education. The College currently is one of the top State Schools in the Country and is recognised as one of the highest performing State Schools in the East of England, this is backed up by its most recent Ofsted review which rated the College as outstanding in both Education and Boarding inspections.

The College is focused on providing outstanding quality to their students and staff not only in education but also through its provision of exceptional facilities and accommodation on site across its 83-Acre campus.

Reporting to the Sixth Form Boarding House Managers, the Deputy Boarding House Managers are at the heart of a large community of over 400 day and boarding students and will be actively involved in their lives.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Head of Lincoln Hall and other Sixth Form staff, as well as directly supporting their Boarding House Manager.  They will be strongly involved in the ongoing development of the life of the Lincoln Sixth Form Centre.  They will have a high profile and must be as prepared to work independently as in a team. They must have the skills and talents to secure a caring, friendly, cohesive and productive atmosphere and will be confident in assuming responsibility for matters pertaining to the Lincoln Sixth Form Centre and students in the Sixth Form.

This post is fully residential and appropriate accommodation within the Lincoln Sixth Form Centre will be allocated to the Deputy Boarding House Manager for the better performance of their duties. This will be provided free of rent, utility bills and Council Tax.
