It will consider when and where to request data and what to expect from senior leadership teams. The seminar will highlight where to go to find national trends to allow for comparison with an individual setting. \nTraining topics will include: \n\nCommon data management systems in schools.\nTypical issues to request reporting on.\nSpotting patterns and trends in data.\nComparing with national trends – where to find information.\n\nLearning outcomes: \n\nKnow the questions to ask of senior leadership.\nBe able to spot concerning patterns and trends in school data.\nBe able to find external data for comparison.\n\nBOOK NOW \nSpeaker: \n \nGaelle Sullivan\, Director of Research\, Inclusion and IELA \nGaelle is Director of Research\, Inclusion and IELA and joined the BSA in January 2023. She is an experienced senior leader and has worked in a range of state and independent schools. She is a qualified SENCO and holds a Masters Degree in Inclusive Education. Prior to joining the BSA\, Gaelle was Deputy Head Pastoral\, DSL and Head of Boarding at an all-girls independent school in the South-East. \n
