Coco has also been Deputy Head Pastoral at City of London School and at Latymer Upper. She speaks\, advises and consults widely on both Safeguarding and Equality\, Diversity and Inclusion. Consultancy work includes: reviews/audits/strategic development for schools in the independent sector; supervision and coaching for senior leaders in a wide range of schools; advisory work on EDI for the Independent Schools Council and the Boarding School Association. Coco is currently training as a psychotherapist. \n
