We will focus on the knowledge\, tools\, and skills to create a more inclusive and respectful environment. We will also look at how work on microaggressions and banter fit within a whole school anti-bullying strategy. The webinar will give insights about the impact of microaggressions on individuals and wider groups. You will learn to recognise and address microaggressions effectively\, fostering empathy\, and promoting positive interactions.
