We are grateful to all BSA and HIEDA members who took the time to participate. This webinar will go over the key findings from the survey and provide insights on current provision\, practice and difficulties for medical centres. \nTraining topics will include: \n\nQuantitative data from the survey\nQualitative data from the survey and boarding staff interviews\nRecommendations and discussion of next steps.\n\nLearning outcomes: \n\nConsider one’s own school position in comparison with data presented\nGain an understanding of opportunities and challenges for the global boarding community\nHave the knowledge to develop a personal or school action plan.\n\nBOOK NOW \n\nSpeaker: \nGaelle Sullivan\, Director of Research\, Inclusion and IELA  \nGaelle is Head of Research Services and Inclusion and joined the BSA in January 2023. She is an experienced senior leader and has worked in a range of state and independent schools. She is a qualified SENCO and holds a Masters Degree in Inclusive Education. Prior to joining the BSA\, Gaelle was Deputy Head Pastoral\, DSL and Head of Boarding at an all-girls independent school in the South-East. \n  \n
