We will also discuss the issue of ‘relational aggression’ and how to identify and manage this. \nTraining topics will include: \n\nIdentifying types and causes of disputes and relationship problems between boarders.\nSetting a positive boarding house culture.\nWhen to intervene in a dispute.\nRelational aggression.\n\nLearning outcomes: \n\nBe able to identify better disputes between boarders.\nForm new ideas for how to set a positive boarding culture to enable early intervention.\nUnderstand the concept of ‘relational aggression’ and develop strategies to combat it within your school.\n\nBOOK NOW \n\nDavid Walker\, Executive Director\, Boarding & Education and Director\, BSA/TIOB \nDavid is the Executive Director\, Boarding and Director BSA/TIOB  and joined the BSA group in August 2023. He has over 20 years’ experience in boarding schools and has worked in a range of schools in the UK and Africa\, alongside being a prep school governor and a trustee of a MAT. Before taking up his post at the BSA\, David was Deputy Head Pastoral at a large co-ed independent school in the South-East.
