The seminar will explore the potential of applying coaching skills in conversations\, some of which may be sensitive. This session is not aimed at those who are already advanced coaches but at those who are new to coaching or whose understanding of it is developing. \nTraining topics will include: \n\nWhat coaching is and isn’t\nIdentifying when a coaching conversation is needed/helpful\nNavigating challenging conversations\nFacilitating reflective practices in coaching conversations.\n\nLearning outcomes: \n\nDemonstrate a comprehensive understanding of how coaching can support relationships in boarding\nPromote a culture of self-reflection and empowerment in the boarding community\nFoster positive and effective communication with coaching skills.\n\nBOOK NOW \n\nSpeaker: \nMcKenzie Cerri\, Co-founder of Graydin \nMcKenzie Cerri is a co-founder of Graydin\, an organisation working to revolutionise the ways we support\, empower and connect with our next generations through coaching skills. Together with more than 250 schools and thousands of educators world-wide\, Graydin has been at the forefront of the coaching movement in education since 2011. \nMcKenzie has over 20 years of experience in coaching and teacher training\, having delivered hundreds of coaching courses and workshops to thousands of educators. She is a Co-active Coach\, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation\, a Certificated Practitioner of NLP\, and is trained in somatic coaching. Prior to Graydin\, she worked as a youth coach within the public sector and partnered closely with Maudsley Hospital eating disorder unit to bring a coaching approach to carer support. Inspired by the impact coaching made on her formative years\, combined with a desire to enhance the lives of young people\, McKenzie partnered with Quinn Simpson more than a decade ago to form Graydin.
