Danielle supports clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters\, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice tailored to the education sector. \n  \n\nAdam McRae-Taylor\, Senior Associate \nAdam is a Senior Associate in Stone King’s independent schools’ team who specialises in education and employment law and advises on issues such as safeguarding\, discrimination law\, unfair dismissal\, employee disciplinaries/grievances\, SEND issues\, parent complaints and data protection issues in schools.  He has also advised extensively on employee consultations regarding the Teachers’ Pension Scheme in recent years.  Adam is a regular speaker at independent school sector events including the HMC\, ISBA\, IAPS and BSA Conferences.  Adam is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association
