Ideal for those stepping into senior boarding roles or wanting to deepen their understanding of the sector. \nThe series is £650\, with recordings available for any sessions you are not able to attend live. Sessions can also be booked individually if preferred. \nThis session in the series will focus on understanding and evaluating safeguarding culture within schools. It will explore how to develop positive safeguarding practices\, identify key indicators of success\, and address challenges when culture needs improvement. \nLearning outcomes: \n\nUnderstand the critical role of safeguarding culture in promoting pupil welfare\nLearn how to build\, maintain\, and model effective safeguarding behaviours\nGain confidence in recognising signs of an unhealthy culture and knowing how to respond\nBe equipped to assess safeguarding culture against key benchmarks and indicators.”\n\nBOOK NOW \n\nSpeaker: \n \nDale Wilkins\, Executive Director\, Scotland/Wales and Accredited/Compliance \nDale joined the BSA in 2017 to lead safeguarding\, inspection\, and compliance across the UK\, building on his experience as a course tutor since 1998. He works closely with ISI\, Ofsted\, and DfE\, and oversees the Group’s work in Scotland and Wales. A trainer and consultant for BSA and SACPA\, Dale is Vice Chair of SAFCAB. Previously\, he was a boarding practitioner for 31 years\, including Housemaster and Deputy Head at Old Swinford Hospital.
