Strategies to foster a culture of belonging and community identity for students and staff will be shared\, looking beyond diversity and into embedding belonging into your school ethos.  \nTraining topics will include: \n\nThe theoretical framework and importance of belonging \nStrategies to promote belonging amongst students \nStrategies to promote belonging amongst staff \n\nLearning outcomes: \n\nGreater understanding of the importance of belonging \nPractical considerations which foster a sense of belonging in the school community \n\nBOOK NOW \n\nSpeaker: \n \nCoco Stevenson\, Educational Consultant \nCoco Stevenson has worked in a number of schools in senior leadership roles\, most recently at St Paul’s Girls’ School where she was Deputy Head: Director of Safeguarding and Inclusion. Coco was Deputy Head Pastoral at City of London School from 2015 – 2020. Coco also spent two years in Asia designing\, managing and implementing a Global Learning and Development Programme for the British Council. She speaks\, advises and consults widely on both Safeguarding and Equality\, Diversity and Inclusion. Recent consultancy work includes: reviews/audits/strategic development for schools in the independent sector; mentoring for Finito Education; supervision and coaching for senior leaders in a wide range of schools; advisory work on EDI for the Independent Schools Council and the Boarding School Association.
