Course outline

BSA and GSA have come together with a short series of joint webinars considering the specific needs of both boarding schools, and girls’ schools. In this webinar, colleagues will consider how the demands of the role of boarding staff has changed since March 2020; the current pressures and demands of having an international boarding community and how to retain, look after, and attract a strong boarding staff for the future.

Training topics will include

  • Attracting and retaining strong members of the boarding staff team
  •  Getting the best out of relationships with the parents and guardians of overseas boarders
  •  Critically challenging the boarding norm and empowering the boarding staff team.
