Bromsgrove School has received another award for its IB diploma results.
The average diploma score was 39.1 out of 45, placing the School amongst the best in the world. This is the third time in four years the School has received this award for outstanding achievement.
Analysis from the Centre of Evaluation and Monitoring showed that students taking the IB diploma programme at Bromsgrove School progressed significantly better than in other similar institutions. The International Baccalaureate was introduced at the School in 2009 and in under ten years, the School has established itself as a world-class provider of the diploma.
Dr Michael Thompson, Director of the International Baccalaureate at Bromsgrove School said “once again, the students have been recognised for their outstanding achievement and I am delighted with the award. It is testament to the efforts of everybody at the School. We have graduates now in every corner of the world, studying at the best universities. We are so proud to have been a part of their journey.”
