Rydal Penrhos School’s charity committee are seeking donations ahead of this year’s Christmas Market.
The group of pupils have been working hard to plan the event, which is now in its third year and will once again be raising funds for Ty Gobaith Children’s Hospice in Conwy.
This year’s extravaganza will take place on Friday, December 8 from 3.30pm until 6pm, and will be a host of stalls available throughout the event to give market-goers the perfect chance to buy some last minute Christmas gifts for friends and family.
Deputy Head Tim Cashell, said: “Our charity committee are currently working very hard to get as many people and businesses as possible involved in the Christmas Market, so we can raise a great deal of money for a fantastic cause.
“Anything anyone could spare towards the raffle would be greatly received, and we hope that this will be an event that people will once again support and thoroughly enjoy.”
Those in attendance can enter the festive spirit by taking part in a charity raffle and auction, which is set to offer a host of fantastic prizes to win.
The school’s jazz band will also be on hand to keep people entertained, with Santa’s Grotto also making a welcome return.
Ty Gobaith provides care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families from Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales.
Anyone wishing to donate to the raffle can leave items at the senior school reception, and for more information call 01492 530155 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
