A cricketing star at Rydal Penrhos achieved another notable success recently.
Will Sissons, who will embark on Year 11 next month, was part of the Llandudno U15 side that claimed a ten run victory over Colwyn Bay at the Oval on Thursday, August 18.
The Wales captain was in ruthless form with the bat once more, producing another stylish knock to top score with 48, and other scores of note from Solomon Dickens (23) and Ethan Hill (21) the home side finished on 124-6 from their allotted overs.
Despite two wickets for the loss of 26 runs from Keating hoe Pike, Bay ran the home side extremely close only to fall agonisingly short of their required total in reply, eventually running out of overs and finishing on 114-7.
The Tudno youngsters will now go on to represent Eryri aagainst the North West champions in September.
