Loretto Golf Academy Coach Offering Tips at Ryder Cup
15th October 2014

RYAN Scott, coach at Lorretto Golf Academy is part of a team of expert PGA pros giving hundreds of free lessons at the Ryder Cup Swing Zone at Gleneagles.

Ryan commented, “It is a great honour to have the opportunity to coach as part of the 2014 Ryder Cup at Gleneagles. Golf is a game that I have loved since the first day I picked up a golf club, and one I continue to love as a PGA Professional. I’m very privileged to be able to have a profession that I feel deeply passionate about. As a PGA coach, to have the skill sets to be able to influence, enhance and educate a golfer in his/her development is very rewarding. It is based on this underlining desire to help educate golfers that formed my decision to become a PGA Professional. It is this that I enjoy about my work at the Loretto Golf Academy.”

Asked about his prediction for the outcome of the Ryder Cup, Ryan said, “Although the Americans have a very strong team as always, I think Europe will continue their momentum in the competition of late and take the trophy!”
