Improving staff induction

January 16, 2019

Presentation delivered by Nick Lush

Why should you attend?

Successful boarding often comes down to the quality of the staff involved in looking after the boarders. The demands are growing and the responsibility is increasing. It is vital that new staff are given a rigorous induction programme not only to safeguard the children and young people in their care but also to work safely and effectively themselves. This seminar is designed for senior leaders in boarding to develop a robust and comprehensive induction programme for staff working in boarding.
