Why should you attend?
This workshop will enable delegates to better understand the needs of overseas boarders in their care and thereby develop their provision and support to best effect. Delegates will leave with a set of tools to help their overseas boarders and an increased understanding of the needs of this ever-increasing section of our boarding community.

Speaker: Phil Hardaker
Phil is an experienced consultant who has spent all his life working with international students. He has taught a variety of subjects, been a Housemaster, House Tutor, Principal, Vice-Principal and Director of Studies, as well as providing INSET training for the Boarding School Association for over 15 years. Phil has also provided bespoke INSET and audits for a wide variety of schools.
Phil is co-author of Truly World Class and he has written articles for several journals. His INSET training sessions have been reported on in both the Times and Telegraph. He has also been heavily and successfully involved in marketing across the globe for nearly 20 years.
