Crisis? What crisis? A workshop for House Staff

Why you should attend: Boarding staff are often required to react at short notice to a diverse range of challenges and minor crises. Managing such events demands experience and effective communication within the house team. Pastoral and safeguarding crises need a consistent and effective response- this workshop will focus on how to best meet these.
