Counselling for non-counsellors
Date: April 19, 2018
THIS SEMINAR IS NOW FULL.
TO BE ADDED TO THE WAITING LIST PLEASE EMAIL BSA@BOARDING.ORG.UK
WE WILL BE RUNNING THE SEMINAR AGAIN ON NOVEMBER 14 2018.
Why you should attend? The Good Childhood report published in September 2016 highlighted the increase in emotional and mental health issues experienced by young people. As a member of the schools' pastoral team, it is important that all staff can help the young people in their care. It will not make delegates a qualified counsellor, but it will provide strategies such as how to listen effectively and how to help young people choose better options in their lives.
