Required for September 2010, an experienced Nurse either RN1 (Adult) or RN8 (Children) registered, to be in charge of the school’s small Health Centre. You will provide nursing and health care to the boarding pupils and a first-aid service for boarding and day pupils.
Applicants should have an interest in health promotion, be keen to update skills and knowledge through regular CPD and enjoy working with boys and girls aged 4 to 13 years. Key personal qualities are a sense of humour, kindness and patience. Previous experience of boarding is advantageous but not essential. This is a residential post.
The school takes the safeguarding of its children seriously and therefore any offer of employment will be subject to checks, including an enhanced clearance via the Criminal Records Bureau. |
