This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Housemistress to lead and manage a boarding house for girls in Years 8-12. The Royal Hospital School has a strong boarding ethos and the house staff are pivotal in the welfare of the pupils as well as the day to day operation of the school.
The successful candidate will have an established record of working within a school and experience of providing pastoral support for pupils. Experience in a boarding house would be seen as beneficial as well as evidence of contributing to the academic, pastoral, moral and co-curricular development of young people in their care. The successful candidate will ideally be able to contribute to the academic curriculum.
